OVERVIEW:


Over a span five days as the summer of 2011 comes to an end, The Union County Fair featuring MusicFest will bring together the community for a free event consisting of non-stop musical entertainment and fun for the entire family. Now in its 14th year, MusicFest will once again include three stages which will host an exciting line-up of popular national and local musical acts. (MusicFest ’10 performers included Train, Spoon, OK Go, The Bravery, Robert Randolph & The Family Band, The Zombies and Soul Asylum to name just a few.)

 

The Union County Fair continues to grow.  This year, in addition to the carnival rides, food vendors, and interactive educational awareness programs each day will feature new activities and events.  The Union County Fair featuring MusicFest 2011 will provide a unique marketing opportunity to connect with a highly desirable audience and create community support at Union County’s most popular and anticipated program.

HIGHLIGHTS:


  • Free non-stop musical entertainment featuring popular national acts and rising local talent.
  • The headliners for 2010 were Train and Spoon.
  • The fifth annual Love Hope Strength Rock On! Walkathon and 5k Rockin’ Run. Proceeds will benefit Union County Love Hope Strength and other New Jersey-based cancer charities.
  • The Kids Kingdom Traveling Jubilee, featuring a wide variety of children’s amusements, live entertainment, pony rides, a petting zoo, and much more.
  • A variety of vendors offering a wide range of crafts & cuisines
